Has anyone tried green smoke electronic cigarettes?

Question by droppeds10az: Has anyone tried green smoke electronic cigarettes?
Been trying to cut back on regular cigarettes so I thought these e-cigs were cool when my buddy ordered one. I quickly made a purchase (not green smoke) but was not happy with the results. I have heard good things about green smoke electronic cigarettes but thought I would ask some more opinions before again taking the plunge. So, for those of you who have smoked green smoke, what is your experience?

I just ordered my starter pack yesterday!!! I cannot wait! I researched other companies but the green smoke were the only ones that seem the safest. No carcinogens, no tar, no cancer causing agents. Also people have stated over and over that they are the closest to the real thing…when it comes to the flavor and feel. Between my husband and I (he smokes two packs a day and I smoke about a 1/2) we spend over 500 a month! With these we will be spending a little over a 100!! What a huge difference. Not only will we be saving a crap load of money…we no longer will smell like a dirty ashtray, not have to worry about getting cancer…that is a huge plus. Good luck and I hope you will enjoy your care-free cigarettes!!

Anyone tried electronic cigarettes?

Question by Nana to TWO: Anyone tried electronic cigarettes?
I’ve seen them advertised for anywhere from $ 40 to $ 180 but I don’t know anything about what it includes or how many, etc. Can anyone explain how these working, charging them, how many times you can charge one, anywhere you may have purchased them and been happy with your purchase. Do you like using them? Do they seem the same as smoking regular cigarettes? ANY info would be helpful. Thanks!

If you smoke, it’s likely that you don’t really want to. You don’t have to be told how much it costs, how badly it smells and what it’s doing to your health. You know all that already. What you don’t know is how to get through the wall you have likely run into in trying to give it up. Read on for ideas on breaking through.

Replace your smoking habit with something else to occupy yourself and keep you distracted. Many people find that chewing gum, sucking on a hard candy or eating carrot sticks can help them. There are sugar free gums and candies available so that you won’t trade smoking for weight gain. Find a healthy substitute and keep it on hand at all times, for when those cravings strike.

Plan a regular exercise routine. Exercising will give you a healthy and positive focus for your life. It can also replace cigarettes in your mind. As you gain physical fitness, you will be less likely to want to smoke again. Try to exercise at least five times each week for best results.

Stay away from alcohol or other things that trigger an urge to smoke. Alcohol and coffee are a known trigger for smoking, so stay away from them if possible. Also, smokers tend to light up after eating, so find something else to do, such as washing the dishes or cleaning your teeth.

To help you quit smoking, you should go to use a stop smoking aide. There are many aides available on the market which you can purchase at your local pharmacy. These aides can help relax your cravings while you are going through the quitting process. With the use of help, more than likely you will continue to smoke.

Look into non-traditional methods of quitting smoking. No one quits smoking the same way and what works for your friend, may not work for you. If you are having trouble quitting with the more conventional methods, take a look at your options. Hypnosis and acupuncture are both highly successful methods to help you quit.

Electronic Cigarette

Replace your pack of cigarettes with an electronic cigarette. Many former smokers have found success with these devices, which work by vaporizing a liquid that contains nicotine. When the user exhales, the cloud looks just like smoke, but it’s actually vapor. Using one of these devices can make it much easier to quit smoking, since it simulates the act so effectively.
