I just started smoking e cigs and I see online a lot of questioning from the FDA about the safety of e cigs. while I also see a lot of people saying they’re just being stupid, im not sure who I’d believe.
is there any recent thorough research that has been done to examine the safety of e cigs?
any possible long term effects from whatever chemical might be in e cigs. like something that wont hit me for like 20 years.

It’s just water vapour rather than smoke and it gives you your nicotine fix so no I can’t see any long term badness apart from being addicted to nicotine

Just wanna know if you smoke an e-cig (vapor and nicotine), how much nicotine is in the e-cig, and how long would the nicotine/carcinogens stay in my hair and system.

Its been 4 days and my recovery is going fine. im able to eat most food thats not hard, and the back of my throat is pretty white. when can i have nicotine? should i get a patch or chew, or should i have a cigarette? or an e-ciggarette. and please dont lecture me on quitting. i am not quitting.

Wait until your throat is completely healed. You don’t want cigarette smoke going into the delicate areas of your throat that is healing.
